Ace Advisory provides strategic advisory services delivered through scheduled sessions, planning support, and ongoing guidance.

Due to the nature of advisory services, the following refund policy applies.

 


1. Monthly Retainer Payments

Advisory services are billed on a recurring monthly basis.

Payments are:

  • Processed in advance

  • Allocated toward reserved advisory time

  • Used to maintain ongoing client availability

Because advisory capacity is limited and reserved in advance, refunds are generally not provided once payment has been processed.

 


2. Cancellation and Termination

Clients may terminate services by providing 30 days written notice.

During the notice period:

  • Services remain available

  • Payments remain due

  • Scheduled sessions may still be used

No refunds are issued for unused time during an active billing period.

 


3. Missed Sessions

If a scheduled session is missed without reasonable notice:

  • The session may be forfeited

  • No refund will be issued

Rescheduling may be offered at Ace Advisory’s discretion.

 


4. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered only in exceptional situations, including:

  • Duplicate payments

  • Billing errors

  • Situations where services cannot be delivered by Ace Advisory

All refund requests are reviewed individually.

 


5. No Outcome-Based Refunds

Refunds are not provided based on:

  • Business performance

  • Financial outcomes

  • Personal dissatisfaction due to results

  • Failure to implement advisory recommendations

Advisory services provide guidance, not guaranteed outcomes.
